The Grip Keeper is a grip strengthener designed specifically for certain hand guns. It focuses on the three fingers associated with gripping the gun properly, while floating the trigger finger, since you would not squeeze the grip of the gun with your trigger finger. By training like this you will have improved recoil control, and a much more stable and consistent grip.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All grips are separate, the springs are not interchangeable. When you place an order for multiple resistances, you will receive multiple Grip Keepers. Thank you for your business!

These are a very interesting product and glad I made the purchase!
A solid product here I would definitely recommend. Never underestimate the importance of a good grip.
I've had the pleasure of using these for about a month, and have noticed some great improvements!
The Grip Keeper is great tool I keep at my desk to work my grip throughout the day. I also like to bring it to matches to wake my hands up before I start shooting. I’ve seen improvement in faster follow up shots and would recommend this product to everyone!
